As I stated earlier, this has become a very good therapy for me. Since my daughters death, I have had COVID myself. I firsthand experienced what my daughter did and died from all by herself with no loved ones. After I grieved and got my grip, I tried another one and found that my mind drifted, I felt at peace and I relaxed more than I had in awhile. You won't find me at a sewing machine. That tends to make me hurry whereas; hand stitching forces me to take my time. Time is what I need to heal - as everyone says. Since I cannot get to a support group yet, I follow one on Facebook and create - that seems to be the therapy that helps for now. The only sewing machine that I turn on is the music box one you see here. LOL LOL
