Sister Dorothy's Birthday Surprise

So my daughter goes to Catholic School and her principal is a Sister (Nun) from the parish. Her birthday was coming up so my sweety and I decided to make her something very special. This is the result of our efforts. The right picture is their uniforms.

I used a small Skipper doll for the girl and a boy Chelsea doll for the little guy. I took one of my daughters kindergarten uniform (she is now second grade) that she basically destroyed so it is not reusable for trade, to complete the girl. It was a lot of detailed work, but I hope you can tell that it is quite a likeness. The boy has the same blue shorts, red shirt and even the Holy Family Catholic School emblem. When I presented it to Sister Dorothy, I told her that I had more joy making it and giving it to her than she does receiving it.
