How I Find the Ideas and Resources that I Need

Most of my ideas begin in my own head. I am truly a girl's girl - girly through and through. From the time I can remember, I loved girly things - dresses, dolls, jewelry - you name it. I dream of the most beautiful dresses and make them come to life on these dolls. I am so excited to share them in this way. Once I formulate an idea, I begin looking for material. It is not an immediate draw to any material, I painstakingly, search out the best. I then look for beads, sequins, ribbons, lace-anything else that might enhance the dress and hair. Occasionally, I will see a dress I like and take some ideas from it, but rarely. I did, just last week come across a material online that I loved called wine something. I ordered and will use it for an idea. So, in this case, the material prompted the dress to come. LOL
