High Roller

This wonderful little red-headed lady is inspired by my trip to Vegas and my wedding there. I was divorced and met an Italian man a few years later. We were both of a mature age and didn't really want a huge wedding but, OF COURSE, I wanted the huge dress. Soooooo, I got the huge dress and we headed off to Las Vegas with my 7 year old beautiful boy and met a dear friend there.

Again, this dress is loaded with tulle underneath trimmed with ribbon. The outer skirt overlay with the cards on it was something I found online and the idea immediately came to me. She also has 2 upper skirt overlays - 0ne red velvet and the other is a 2 inch lace. In fact, the bodice is the same two inch lace draped over her several times and sewn directly to her. I prettied up the bodice with some gold beads. Notice the money tucked in it and the dice in her hands. There are also dice in her head piece and her earrings. The purse is also handmade. I used a red glitter faux leather. The chain is made up of many gold tone loops stretched and then linked together.
