This exquisite babe I call Midnight Blue,

I developed her in one of my darkest moments, They seem to come and go. I suppose they always will. Her face is very serene and shows little emotion -which is what I longed for at the earlier stages of my daughter's passing. Of course, you already know that her underskirt is full from tulle, but this one is a tulle with glitter- a better find than just regular tulle. Who knew? I guess I do now. LOL! The skirt on her was made first.. I almost think that I like doing that best because, once I make the bodice and fit it on her, I just stitch it to the skirt with a very tiny but strong stitching. I found, that I love adding fabric flowers so I added one to her waistline area. The material on the outer layer is stretch with a velvet design of stems and flowers. I also beaded the bodice with nave blue glass beads. Then puff sleeves, open back and big bow is my favorite feature of this one.
